Our Promise

We stand behind every piece we make. If your gear doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) required.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ll exchange it after we receive and inspect the original item. If your requested option is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Sale items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent a defective or incorrect item (we’ll cover that).

  3. Tell us why you’re returning (helps us improve).

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a label if applicable.
